Upon order placement, Chucktown NFT will process your order and ship within 3 business days and provide a tracking number.
Due to the digital and unique nature of 1&1 artwork, all sales are final for 1&1 Print/Ordinal packages, and for individual Ordinal NFT’s. These products may only be paid for with Bitcoin and/or Lightning payments, and even dirty fiat cash. We will return any payment for a 1&1 or Ordinal paid for with credit cards.
Individual prints may be paid for with credit cards (and Bitcoin/Lightning) and have a 30 day return policy from the date of shipment. Products must be returned in New condition at your expense. Please fill out the contact form to request an RMA# and shipping instructions.
Privacy Policy:
Chucktown NFT stores your name, address, email and phone number for internal purposes only. This includes fulfillment of your order, customer service, and to send out an occasional email for future product announcements. You may unsubscribe from any mailing through normal unsubscribe procedures.
